Shipping may take between 2-4 weeks. The sellers are based in China and the items must make it through customs (customs is what takes it so long). It may also depend on the individual seller and your location. You can check your tracking through the DHG app. 

Unfortunately, I do not take requests on finding items. I am not a personal shopper who offers services because that is a lot of work on top of what I already do to maintain my page. I just find items that I personally like and share where to find them with you all. :)

Under "Account" on the app or website, they have a button under "Orders" that says "Return/Refund". You can dispute the item/order on the DHG app. I advise reaching out to the seller first because most are willing to work with you to fix the issue. Usually there is an option to have a replacement sent or refund/partial refund. If all fails, dispute with your bank. Buy at your own discretion as I am NOT responsible. 

Everything that I post on my TikTok and Instagram will always be linked to my website. If it's posted, it is 100% linked. 

Make sure you have waited at least 4 weeks. If it still has not come, you have options. 1. Contact the seller through messages. 2. Contact the facility it was last at (if the tracking number works/shows). 3. Report it under "Orders" using the app so DHG can step in. 4. Contact your bank for a refund.

Please make sure to read the item's description after going to the item. The description will normally tell you if a box is included or not. All of my items do not come in a box. Some boxes come beat up and crushed so most of the time they are not worth keeping anyways.

Yes! Before I was even an affiliate, I would order things using my card. The website is safe and does not use or steal any personal information. DHG has been around for over a decade so it is not a new website that is sketchy. Do what you are comfortable with.

Most of the items I post come in several different colors and styles all under the same link. Most of them have several options as far as colors, sizing, etc.

My DMs are turned off in my settings. Meaning I don't even receive message requests. It shows as 0 messages. My DMs are off because all information is laid out and found in this FAQ page and my Instagram highlights. It saves me the time of repeating information asked in my DMs. You also have the availability to directly message the sellers on the app.

I am a woman's 7.5 ... a Kid's/Youth 5.5 ... a men's 6 in shoes. I will always let you all know if something runs small or large. Majority of the sneakers are men's sizing by default so please make sure to pay attention to the description and details to accurately choose your correct size. I always order a EUR38 or EUR39. You can use shoe conversion charts off google.
